Position Overview:

Wells Fargo is looking for a Lead Consultant in Business Process Automation within the BPM and Digital Transformation division. This role is pivotal in recognizing and implementing automation strategies for extensive Enterprise and Cross-LOB projects. The consultant will facilitate the integration of various products and capabilities to develop scalable solutions that enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Steer intricate initiatives with widespread implications and play a crucial role in comprehensive planning efforts.
  • Identify and explore end-to-end automation prospects to establish a strong pipeline of high-value, scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Business, and Risk stakeholders to ensure that automation projects are executed efficiently.
  • Support the design of solutions aimed at creating comprehensive business process automations.
  • Drive ongoing automation initiatives to ensure that project milestones are met promptly.
  • Assist in troubleshooting potential bottlenecks in current automation projects.
  • Engage strategically and consult with all organizational levels to address challenges and achieve objectives.
  • Work alongside senior management across Global Operations to define and implement the automation strategy aligned with established objectives.
  • Provide leadership to a cross-functional team leveraging business acumen.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or a combination of relevant work experience, training, military experience, and education.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Automation Expertise: A strong foundation in the application and enhancement of tools and processes utilized within Wells Fargo and/or the financial services sector.
  • Influencing Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in virtual, matrixed environments, and to resolve complex business and technology challenges through collaborative design.
  • Strategic Insight and Execution: Ability to think critically about business challenges, deconstruct problems, and present viable solutions while assessing the advantages and disadvantages of each option.
  • Experience in Financial Services: Ideal candidates should possess experience within large Financial Services organizations and across diverse business lines, particularly within Wells Fargo.
Job Expectations:
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
