Business Development Manager, Exhibitions

The EXPO Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager, Exhibitions to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Hunting for New Business: Research industry shows, publications, directories, and internal inactive accounts to generate qualified prospects.
- Cultivating New Business: Develop high, wide, and deep relationships with potential clients, identifying key decision-makers and influencers.
- Developing Sales Strategies: Conduct online and face-to-face sales presentations, discovery/strategy sessions, and post-show debriefings to facilitate sales cycle duties through completion.
- Managing Customer Relationships: Skillfully navigate office relationships/dependencies with other team members and departments, and customer relationships that lead to repeat business.
- Utilizing CRM: Use the Salesforce CRM as the data hub for lead gen and all stages of the sales cycle.
- Post-Show Invoice/Collection Process: Manage the process in conjunction with Account Managers.
