Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Citigroup's Continuity of Business (CoB) division within the Technology Infrastructure sector.
- Offer specialized knowledge and support to Business Recovery Coordinators in formulating plans and ensuring adherence to the CoB framework.
- Compile and present findings for regulatory compliance.
- Exhibit strong analytical abilities and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
- Maintain a meticulous, process-driven approach while providing constructive insights.
- Evaluate risks and comply with standards to safeguard Citigroup's interests.
- 2-3 years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or risk management.
- 2-3 years of experience in managing technology projects.
- Conceptual knowledge of technology with preferred industry certifications.
- Experience in technology operations is advantageous.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
Proficiency in Excel and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
