About the Role

In this exciting position as a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. With a strong understanding of the sales process, you will excel at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our Senior Account Executives up for success.

You will have the opportunity to work with our dynamic team to generate meetings and sales pipeline. You will use various methods such as email, phone, and social media to engage prospects and determine if they fit our buying criteria.

This role requires strong communication skills, experience in fast-paced environments, and a consistent track record of overachieving. If you are a persuasive communicator, empathetic listener, and highly motivated individual who is coachable and desires to learn, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent our company's products and services and meet new people every day
  • Partner with our sales team to generate meetings and sales pipeline
  • Use a variety of methods to engage prospects
  • Ask questions about the prospect's business challenges and help them understand how we may be able to help solve those challenges
  • Qualify leads to determine if prospect fits the buying criteria (budget, authority, needs)
  • Manage, track and report all data and activities in the CRM
  • Achieve monthly quotas + daily KPIs
