Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at NetDocuments. In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating and closing new business opportunities with mid-market clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sales process and experience in upselling and cross-selling with existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with prospective clients to schedule virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Educate potential customers on product features and how they will benefit from using NetDocuments.
- Negotiate and close contracts with potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes.
Requirements:
- 2-4+ years of experience in a sales role.
- Prior experience in a SaaS sales environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

The compensation range for this position is $80k base + variable bonus. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
