Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Job Summary:
Nectar is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and targeting potential clients through various sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Utilize your skills in cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals to identify and qualify leads. Manage a robust pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent sales performance.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Deliver engaging product demos and presentations to prospective clients. Tailor your approach based on the client's unique needs and challenges.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth goals. Effectively move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers. Understand customer needs and act as a trusted advisor to provide tailored solutions that drive value.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, address objections, and manage the contract process. Close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and fostering a positive customer experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system. Provide regular updates on sales progress and forecast pipeline to leadership.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales development or a similar role, ideally within SaaS.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Strong ability to build relationships and effectively communicate value propositions to key stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Gong).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
