About the Role

As a Full Cycle Account Executive at Weave, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from lead through close in our core verticals. You will extract value from the leads assigned to you and own daily and monthly metrics, pipeline organization, and developing additional pipelines by asking for referrals from current leads and prospecting into signed customers' pipelines for expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales cycle from calling assigned leads to closing deals
  • Develop new accounts, maintain, and extend existing ones within your pipeline
  • Negotiate agreements, keep organized records of sales and data, and create new sales opportunities through referrals
  • Use Salesforce to maintain detailed records and reports, articulate and sell all Weave products & services, and participate in regular company and office meetings to share progress, identify blockers, and drive resolution
Requirements
  • Prior sales experience with outbound cold calling experience and a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
  • Strong ability to adopt sales processes and organizational standards, function in a resilient mindset in a fast-paced environment, and proficiently use Salesforce, calling tools, and Gong
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills, team player mentality, and coachable attitude
