As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers, focusing on the sale and management of various insurance policies. This position entails reaching out to prospective clients as well as nurturing relationships with current customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assess clients' needs and offer them the most suitable coverage options.

A significant aspect of this role is addressing the existing gap in customer outreach, particularly concerning online leads, with a notable percentage currently not being contacted. You will have the chance to work closely with an experienced team member and collaborate on innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market a broad spectrum of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Personal, Business, Life, and Health policies.
  • Deliver outstanding service to current clients, assisting with policy modifications and inquiries.
  • Actively pursue online leads and referrals to broaden the client base.
  • Comprehend client requirements and suggest suitable coverage alternatives.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products to effectively guide clients.
  • Work alongside colleagues to exchange ideas and strategies for achieving success.
  • Achieve and surpass sales objectives, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Property and Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Preferably 1+ years of experience as an insurance agent, although motivated candidates with a license will be considered.
  • Demonstrated sales abilities with a successful history of meeting targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Driven by financial success and a strong desire to achieve results.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
