JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by proactively engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of product offerings, enabling the Sales Associate to effectively communicate features and benefits, and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Maintaining an inviting and organized showroom environment is essential, ensuring that it is always clean, safe, and ready for customer interaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Welcome and assist all customers with a friendly demeanor.
  • Demonstrate product functionalities, such as the operation of recliners.
  • Process sales transactions and complete necessary documentation.
  • Maintain and organize display models to enhance customer experience.
  • Discuss various product options and assist customers in selecting the best fit.
  • Set and strive to meet personal sales targets.
  • Review and analyze sales performance reports regularly.
  • Support inventory management and control processes.
  • Utilize outstanding customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  2. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.

WORK EXPECTATIONS:

Adaptability to changing priorities and maintaining positive working relationships is essential. The role may involve repetitive tasks, including data entry and document preparation.

COMPENSATION:
Annual salary starting at $50,000.
