Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual and branch sales targets while meeting customer satisfaction standards.
- Build and nurture new and existing customer relationships throughout the loan process and its duration.
- Offer tailored financial solutions that align with the specific goals of customers.
- Introduce optional insurance products to customers.
- Clarify loan terms and conditions to ensure customers have a thorough understanding.
- Collaborate with local businesses to identify and cultivate new customer opportunities.
- Acquire skills in credit underwriting techniques and sales methodologies.
- Oversee the loan's life cycle, including collection activities, while adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service is advantageous.
Work Environment: This position requires on-site presence.
The target base salary range for this role is $18.00-$22.00, influenced by various factors such as skills and experience. Additionally, this position is eligible for a competitive compensation program based on both individual and company performance.
