- Offer tailored financial solutions that align with customer objectives.
- Inform clients about optional insurance products available to them.
- Clarify loan terms and conditions to ensure customers have a thorough understanding.
- Collaborate with local businesses to identify and attract new clientele.
- Acquire skills in credit underwriting methods and sales tools.
- Oversee the entire loan lifecycle, including collection efforts, while adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, collections, or customer service.
Work Environment: On-site position.
The target base salary range for this role is $18.00-$22.00, influenced by various factors such as skills and experience. Additionally, this position is eligible for a competitive compensation program based on both individual and company performance.
