Position Overview
The Senior Vice President, Client Relationship Executive is responsible for developing and nurturing account relationships, encompassing both credit and non-credit services. This role involves delivering a comprehensive suite of commercial banking services, including SBA products, while cultivating new business and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
1. Establish and manage a robust loan portfolio by proactively seeking new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
2. Develop strategies to enhance relationships with loan and deposit clients, positioning oneself as a trusted financial advisor.
3. Analyze client needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with the Bank's credit culture and profitability goals.
4. Conduct thorough evaluations of loan requests, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
5. Collaborate with various departments to integrate advanced treasury management solutions into client offerings, enhancing overall satisfaction.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
2. A minimum of 10 years of commercial lending experience within the Bay Area.
3. Strong analytical skills and a customer-centric mindset, with proven success in business development and relationship management.
