Position Overview
The Vice President of Media & Archive Services will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Head of Americas Commercial. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the strategy for Iron Mountain's Global Media & Archive Services (MAS) division. The VP will oversee all aspects of the business, including revenue generation, growth strategies, service delivery, and profitability across our comprehensive service offerings.
With a deep understanding of MAS client requirements, market positioning, and technology-driven services, the VP will empower the Commercial teams to achieve their objectives and annual targets. This leader will also cultivate partner relationships and identify corporate development opportunities while coordinating efforts across various functional areas to meet immediate customer needs and align long-term strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Delivery: Ensure the performance of all MAS operations, focusing on customer KPIs such as on-time delivery and quality. The VP will identify and address delivery challenges through operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
- Financial Oversight: Collaborate with finance partners to manage financial planning and performance for MAS operations globally, including forecasting and achieving financial targets.
- Business Development: Drive revenue growth by working closely with sales teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, ensuring service level agreements are met and fostering relationships with key clients.
- Leadership and Talent Development: Focus on building operational expertise within the team, identifying high-potential talent, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience leading diverse operational teams.
- Strong financial acumen with a focus on P&L management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth while executing strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of building executive-level relationships.
- Ability to travel as required.
