Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Clearly communicate TalentSmartEQ's mission and distinctive value proposition to potential and existing clients. Develop and implement tailored client engagement strategies to boost satisfaction and loyalty. Utilize insights and relationships to assess client needs and define desired learning outcomes.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition and retention. Prepare and deliver regular updates to the executive team regarding progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

A graduate business degree (or progress towards) or a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience is required.

Essential Skills:

  • 5-10 years of proven consultative sales experience with corporate clients.
  • Experience in the Learning & Development sector, Professional Services, or Training is preferred.
  • A proactive sales hunter with a strong ability to engage with Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), manage inbound leads, and execute outbound sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in targeting and prospecting for new clients.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage clients throughout the purchasing process.
  • Exceptional sales prospecting and hunting capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present credibly to diverse levels of a prospect's personnel, including senior executives.
  • Proven track record of advancing large-scale account opportunities leading to revenue generation.
  • Ability to quickly gather and synthesize data, providing clients with deeper insights that enhance their readiness to purchase.
  • Adaptable and flexible in response to client and organizational needs.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Proficient in a Windows PC environment, Microsoft applications, and CRM data management.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as required by business needs.

Compensation: Competitive base salary and commission structure with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential of up to $250,000.
