Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute impactful campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Client Engagement: Clearly communicate TalentSmartEQ's mission and unique value proposition to prospective and existing clients. Develop and implement tailored client engagement strategies to boost satisfaction and loyalty. Utilize insights and relationships with clients to assess their needs and define desired learning outcomes.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition and retention. Prepare and deliver regular reports to the executive team, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

A graduate business degree (or progress towards) or a bachelor's degree with relevant experience is required.

Essential Skills:

  • 5-10 years of demonstrated consultative sales experience with corporate clients.
  • Previous experience in the Learning & Development sector, Professional Services, or Training is preferred.
  • A proactive sales hunter with a strong aptitude for managing marketing qualified leads, inbound inquiries, prospecting, cold calling, and outbound sales communications.
  • Proven skills in identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage clients throughout the purchasing process.
  • Exceptional sales prospecting and hunting capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and present to diverse levels of a prospect's organization, including senior executives in various settings.
  • Proven track record of advancing large-scale account opportunities, resulting in revenue growth.
  • Adept at quickly gathering and synthesizing data from various sources to provide clients with deeper insights that enhance their readiness to purchase.
  • Flexible and adaptable to the needs of clients, colleagues, and the organization.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Proficient in a Windows PC environment, Microsoft applications, and CRM data management.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement and acceleration tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as necessary based on business needs.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary and commission structure with an OTE of up to $250,000.
