Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will develop relationships within target customers to penetrate organization and open doors to new business opportunities for the assigned Printed Circuit Board Business unit for Southern California.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy account strategies in conjunction with Management to achieve goals and objectives set for the business.
- Aggressively pursue Printed Circuit Board business to ensure market share growth and position the Interconnect Technology Group for future business successes.
- Meet and exceed sales revenues targets.
- Communicate issues and problems to Management to drive and assist with resolution.
- Regularly update IT system with required data such as customer information, new opportunity logs, and call plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8-10 years of sales experience successfully selling Printed Circuit Boards within the fast-paced Electronics Industry.
- Excellent MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated individual, comfortable cold calling, developing new relationships, highly organized, and strong time management skills.
- The ability to travel when required.

Salary Range (annual): $90,000 - $110,000.
