Business Development Manager

The Select Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to partner with local enterprise clients within the Technology Industry.
This role will be responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with leaders and executives within the IT and engineering sector, as well as key stakeholders within a variety of client accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Technology Industry and be able to identify new opportunities with customers to sell The Select Group's service offering: Managed Solutions.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing partnerships within client accounts through regular meetings, phone calls, and relationship-building events
- Business and account development, including generating sales leads and cold-calling prospective clients
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the customers' strategic initiatives and proactively working with them on framing business objectives
- Land and expand The Select Group Managed Solutions business by partnering with our Solution Development & Service Delivery teams to support our statement of work-based business while identifying and facilitating discussions to craft solutions for clients
