At TikTok, we're seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our Strategic Partnerships team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and managing relationships with developers and platform companies to drive collaborations and improve product experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of LLM/app stores/mini apps/search/developer platform products
  • Build and manage relationships with developers and platform companies, completing API/mini program integration to enhance product experience
  • Achieve goals through professional negotiation skills and network resources
  • Propose product innovation and improvement suggestions based on product needs and actual technical capabilities, and be responsible for implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to carry out global projects and track performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, or equivalent practical experience
  • Business development experience with a deep understanding of the mobile apps/search industry, with a plus for work experience in apps stores and developer platforms
  • Strong negotiation/communication skills and project management skills, with the ability to drive projects from initiation through execution
  • Willingness to step out of the comfort zone and go extra mile to drive results in a fast-paced global organization
  • Engineering/Tech background is a plus
