Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is a key role within Aveanna Healthcare LLC, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market. This position requires a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including physicians, discharge planners, and case managers
  • Represent Aveanna Healthcare at local, regional, and statewide trade shows and conferences
  • Provide regular feedback to corporate management on sales activity and market development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field
  • Valid driver's license and driving record that meet company standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
