Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at KYOCERA Document Solutions Inc., you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer base
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
