Position Overview

The Foster Care Program Coordinator will oversee and manage a comprehensive range of Foster Care initiatives, ensuring that services provided to unaccompanied refugee and migrant children and their families are holistic and culturally sensitive.

This role serves as a crucial link between Global Refuge partner organizations, Global Refuge, and federal stakeholders in the foster care system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the quality and effectiveness of services through diligent program management, monitoring, data oversight, trend analysis, evaluation, training, and technical support.
  • Collaborate closely with the Associate Director for Foster Care to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing program services and training requirements, implementing recommendations for improved service delivery.
  • Provide backup and support to the Associate Director for Foster Care, fellow Program Officers, and the Program Assistant.

This position offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional travel as necessary.
