Position Overview

The Foster Care Program Coordinator will oversee and manage a range of Foster Care initiatives to guarantee comprehensive, culturally sensitive support for unaccompanied refugee and migrant children and their families.

This role serves as a vital link between partner organizations, the organization itself, and federal stakeholders in the foster care system.

Key responsibilities include ensuring service effectiveness and quality through robust program management, monitoring, data analysis, and evaluation, alongside providing training and technical support.

Collaboration with the Associate Director for Foster Care is essential to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing program services, addressing training needs, and implementing recommendations for improved service delivery.

The Coordinator will also provide backup and support to the Associate Director, fellow Program Officers, and the Program Assistant.

This position offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional travel as required.
