Position Summary

The Direct Sales Representative acts as the face of ImOn Communications, engaging potential customers to sell Internet and Phone services in accordance with company policies and standards. Sales representatives utilize lead sheets to conduct outreach in residential areas, aiming to enhance service adoption in designated territories. This role is accountable for meeting an assigned sales quota based on the number of successful sales, net contribution per sale, and monthly recurring revenue generated from each sale.

Work Schedule

Tuesday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct door-to-door sales presentations for Internet and phone services within the assigned territory.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process.
  • Maximize opportunities for customers to purchase and retain their Internet and phone services.
  • Deliver comprehensive and accurate information, effectively promoting the value of services while considering customer profiles and available options.
  • Present details regarding products, services, pricing, installation fees, promotional requirements, and special offers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive representation of the company at all times.
  • Achieve productivity standards set by the department to maximize subscriber acquisition.
  • Submit all sales documentation and collected funds promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records, report sales activities and outcomes, and inform supervisors of any issues as they arise.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, complaints, and other communications in a timely manner.
  • Keep scheduled appointments with customers.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, or a combination of sales experience and education.
  • An Associate's Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing; door-to-door sales experience is advantageous.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • The ability to work flexible hours to meet sales targets.
  • A warm and professional demeanor.
  • A professional appearance suitable for both office and field environments.
  • A valid driver's license, a good driving record, and reliable transportation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to exercise independent judgment in significant matters.
