Role Overview: Client Success Manager
The Client Success Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering and sustaining relationships with external partners to enhance product engagement and refine operational workflows. This position serves as the client's representative within the organization, ensuring that their requirements are prioritized and addressed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage and nurture a diverse portfolio of external partners
- Establish robust relationships with clients, ensuring their needs guide decision-making processes
- Collaborate with clients to boost product engagement and streamline business operations
- Formulate strategic action plans for clients identified as 'at risk' to preserve relationships
- Track account performance and implement necessary modifications to achieve desired outcomes
- Remain updated on product advancements and enhancements
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive service or dealership management
- Proficient in utilizing software tools and Microsoft applications
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Dedicated to client satisfaction with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
- Open to learning new technologies and willing to travel as necessary
