Irving, Texas, United States EmployerDirect Healthcare Full time
About Employer Direct Healthcare

Employer Direct Healthcare (EDH) is dedicated to revolutionizing access to exceptional medical care during critical moments.

As the foremost provider of surgical benefits for self-insured organizations, we facilitate guided access to high-quality, cost-effective healthcare solutions for employers, their employees, and their families.

We recognize the complexities involved in navigating specialized healthcare and are committed to instigating meaningful change.

EDH stands as the industry leader for Independent Centers of Excellence (CoE). We have challenged conventional healthcare norms by making top-tier surgeons accessible to all.

Our surgeon-first model boasts the largest and most comprehensive network (3-4x larger than our competitors), delivering an ROI that is three times greater than that of our peers.

We cater to hundreds of self-funded plan sponsors across over 1000 employers, representing more than 4 million individuals throughout the U.S. Since our inception, we have saved our clients upwards of $700 million.

Ultimately, the broader U.S. healthcare system is flawed. Costs continue to escalate while life expectancy remains stagnant.

We are actively addressing this issue by enhancing surgical outcomes—improving health and simultaneously reducing healthcare expenses.

About You:
You possess a strong drive and AMBITION to tackle significant challenges. Such challenges necessitate innovative ideas and a supportive team.
You CARE deeply for your clients. Your clients are not merely users of your service; they are the motivation behind your desire to effect change.
You excel in a TEAM ENVIRONMENT. Collaboration is essential for innovation and driving transformation.
A DIVERSE environment is crucial to you.

You appreciate and seek to be part of a diverse team with varied experiences and perspectives, valuing the uniqueness of each individual you engage with.

You are DETAIL ORIENTED, focusing on the execution of your initiatives while managing a fast-paced setting.
You recognize that PROGRESS is vital for enacting change. You take the time to celebrate both minor and major achievements, understanding that each enhancement contributes to broader transformation.
INTEGRITY is your guiding principle. You prioritize honesty over simply providing the answers people wish to hear.
