As a Lead Client Relationship Manager, you will be essential in fostering and enhancing strong client partnerships by managing daily shipment requests through various communication channels, effectively addressing any challenges that may arise, and proactively informing clients of any issues or discrepancies.
You will gain a deep insight into the dynamic shipping industry and how to effectively utilize Giltner's technological solutions.Lead Client Relationship Manager Responsibilities
1. Cultivate and maintain key account relationships, providing tailored solutions based on shipping trends and requirements.
2. Efficiently resolve any issues, including missed pickups, delayed deliveries, damaged goods, or billing discrepancies.
3. Oversee all daily shipment coordination through various communication methods.
4. Ensure billing accuracy and timeliness while keeping clients informed of any changes.
5. Collaborate with other departments within Giltner to monitor shipments, rectify discrepancies, and process claims thoroughly and promptly.
