Position Overview: The Client Retention Strategy Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that Gartner's most significant clients not only maintain but also expand their business relationships with the organization. This dynamic role demands exceptional analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize cross-functional collaboration to drive major renewal initiatives across Gartner.
  • Design and implement programs that align with Gartner's retention and growth objectives.
  • Regularly contribute innovative ideas and lead discussions in strategic planning sessions with key stakeholders.
  • Enhance processes for high-impact executive meetings and further innovate on content delivery.
  • Foster robust relationships with client value managers and account teams to develop compelling business cases for renewal and growth.
  • Conduct thorough quantitative and qualitative analyses to address retention and growth challenges.
  • Innovate tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new tools and methodologies.
  • Take ownership of projects, measuring progress and delivering actionable insights.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to Sales and Service Delivery teams on best practices for client retention.
  • Recommend strategies based on retention analysis to enhance client loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Proven quantitative and qualitative problem-solving abilities to formulate clear strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in complex analysis and business problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and resource management.
  • Ability to influence organizational leaders to achieve business objectives.
  • Skilled in synthesizing complex issues into clear, concise messages for stakeholders.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, adept at meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
  • Forward-thinking mindset to proactively address risks to client retention.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with strong presentation skills.
