Key Responsibilities:


Establish, nurture, and oversee relationships with a diverse range of clients, from senior executives to junior professionals across various business sectors, ensuring their success in leveraging their Gartner subscription, which leads to customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients while articulating value to decision-makers.

Facilitate client discussions, grasp client priorities, and propose a course of action that maximizes value and return on investment from their Gartner membership.

Collaborate with internal Gartner teams to navigate challenges and enhance the value delivered to clients.
Conduct regular assessments of the client portfolio, focusing on performance and key engagement metrics.

Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant professional experience or internships.
A proven history of success driven by a commitment to client satisfaction.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing abilities.
A bachelor's degree is preferred.
