About The Client Success Strategist


We have invested considerable time understanding our clients—who they are and what matters most to them.

As Take Command expands to serve larger employers with more complex needs and diverse workforces, we are enhancing our Client Success Management team.

The Client Success Strategist (CSS) will act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for our ICHRA clients, developing and executing intricate strategies that facilitate seamless transitions for our clients.

We seek an individual with a proactive and optimistic demeanor, a knack for problem-solving, strategic thinking, and a commitment to ensuring our clients appreciate the value of Take Command & HRAs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a designated portfolio of clients, fostering a proactive and consultative relationship to drive value and ensure retention.
  • Gain insights into our clients' objectives and business goals that align with our solutions to support their success.
  • Collaborate across departments and advocate for product enhancements with our internal teams.
  • Partner with Customer Success team members to monitor key account metrics, developing strategies that deliver a world-class experience for our clients.
  • Serve as a change agent for our major clients, building trust with key stakeholders and implementing strategies that facilitate complex transitions.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years in Customer Success or a client-facing role.
  • Proactive mindset with strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing key performance metrics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels, including key decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:
Competitive salary range of $65,000-$75,000 plus bonus opportunities.
