About the Role:

The Client Success team at Gartner follows a Client for Life Philosophy, ensuring every client receives value far exceeding their investment. As a Client Success Associate, you will be responsible for onboarding clients, proving the concept of Gartner services, and stimulating client engagement of products used by large client teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in client interactions and calls to manage relationships with various client stakeholders in IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales practices.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver significant value to clients.
  • Work on team projects and initiatives to streamline activities supporting continuous improvement programs.

Requirements:

  • Availability to intern during summer 2025 for 10 weeks and graduating between December 2025 to July 2026.
  • High performance with demonstrated student leadership and/or work experience; degree in Business, Communications, or Social Sciences preferred but not required.
  • A proactive, self-starter mentality, with strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a positive attitude and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to synthesize and organize information into meaningful content.
  • U.S. work authorization required.
