Team members strive to comprehend and highlight the client's business objectives, dissect challenges, and pinpoint the most effective strategies to assist the client in making informed decisions for their organization.
They play a crucial role in onboarding clients, demonstrating the value of Gartner services, and fostering client engagement with products utilized by extensive client teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish, nurture, and manage relationships with a diverse array of clients, from senior executives to junior professionals across IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales, ensuring their success in leveraging their Gartner subscription, which leads to customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Facilitate client interactions to uncover client priorities and recommend actionable programs that yield high value and return on investment from their Gartner membership.
Collaborate with internal Gartner teams to navigate challenges and maximize the value delivered to clients.Conduct regular assessments of the client portfolio, focusing on performance and key engagement metrics.
Qualifications:
6+ months of relevant professional experience or internships.
A proven history of success driven by a commitment to client satisfaction.
Excellent communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing abilities.
A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
