Role Overview:
The Client Success team operates under a Client for Life philosophy, ensuring that each Gartner client derives exceptional value from their investment. Associates in this role are tasked with understanding client business objectives, addressing challenges, and identifying optimal strategies to assist clients in making informed decisions. Responsibilities include onboarding clients, demonstrating the value of Gartner services, and enhancing client engagement with products utilized by extensive client teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, from senior executives to junior professionals across various departments such as IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales, to ensure successful utilization of their Gartner subscription.
- Deliver value to decision-makers and contribute to Gartner's growth by participating in a service team that may involve introducing Gartner services to new clients, managing accounts, or connecting clients with Gartner's expert community.
- Identify client priorities and align Gartner's resources to provide top-tier service that enables clients to achieve their goals and maximize their return on investment.
- Work closely with internal Gartner teams to enhance service delivery and business outcomes, share best practices, and create innovative solutions to overcome challenges.
- Utilize insights and metrics to foster ongoing client engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with at least 6 months of relevant professional or internship experience.
- A proven history of success driven by a passion for client satisfaction.
