Strategic Sales Director

KRS Talent, LLC is seeking a skilled Regional Sales Director to lead sales efforts in employee voluntary benefits and/or HR services industry.
- This role requires attaining and/or exceeding all sales objectives and department goals.
Sales Objectives:
- Generate new broker relationships and activate these relationships by bringing in new employer clients through brokers.
- Motivate and train brokers on the Purchasing Power program to foster excitement about our program.
- Translate PPC features into benefits for the broker and potential employer client.
- Penetrate new broker segments and relationships on an ongoing basis.
- Effectively transition broker relationships, once activated to Purchasing Power broker account manager.
- Enthusiastically and accurately sell the Purchasing Power program to prospective broker clients.
Responsibilities also include pursuing direct employer clients if the opportunity arises.
Travel estimated at 50 – 75%.
We are looking for someone with strong selling, interpersonal, and relationship cultivation skills. Ideal candidate will have experience selling employee benefits to medium-large organizations either directly or through insurance brokers.
Additional qualifications include solid strategic, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as background in sales, cold calling, and presenting to new prospects.
Demonstrated results from relationship management and selling skills are required.
Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
