The Director of Strategic Accounts will support commercial expansion within defined strategic account targets and/or geographic regions. This includes launching new Inspire programs by identifying, targeting, and profiling potential new accounts and clinical champions. The DSA will work closely with key administrative leaders to understand priorities, pathways, and avenues to durable growth across all sites of service within designated health systems.

  • Understand Inspire therapy, patient pathways, and new program development.
  • Develop strong business acumen of health system dynamics, M&A activity, market influencers, sites of service, and healthcare economics.
  • Identify and profile potential Inspire accounts within designated IDNs, coordinate with internal teams and program stakeholders.
  • Lead and support site assessment, selection, and activation within targeted health systems.
  • Facilitate ecosystem development and referral momentum.
  • Develop deep understanding of system leadership, decision-making processes, and network influence.
  • Conduct Innovation Center visits annually.
  • Symposiums, conferences, and local meetings for targeted health systems.
  • Quarterly business reviews with targeted health systems, focusing on changing market conditions, system dynamics, reimbursement, pipeline, and general business needs.

What You Can Bring to Our Team

  • Minimum 10 years of sales and marketing experience in the medical device industry.
  • 3+ years of corporate accounts experience or sales management experience in the medical device industry.
  • Contracting experience working with large healthcare purchasing organizations like IDNs, ACOs, and government health systems.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with sales teams.
  • High-impact communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within a defined geographic area.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
