Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support to our clients nationwide.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized ESOP Administration Specialist to support the administration of our clients' ESOPs. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing tasks assigned by Plan Administrators throughout the yearly plan cycle, including the analysis of ESOP census reports, preparation of Plan financial statements, and government reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Analyze ESOP census reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare Plan financial statements and government reports
  • Support Plan Administrators with tasks and projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, Business, or Economics degree preferred
  • Basic Accounting knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Experience with benefits administration or retirement plans a plus (or desire to learn)
