Summary
The Catering Sales Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, inputting. Catering orders, data entry, filing, etc. and will be required to interact with customers, visitors, and employees professionally and cheerfully. As a Suite administrator, you will help with the coordination of suite orders and delivering products to guests on event days. We're looking for team players who are organized, focused, accountable, and, above all, bring a positive attitude every day. The essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.
Note- This position is event-based and will require days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Greets customers, clients, and employees.
  • Responsible for performing administrative functions, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
  • Answers inquiries or directs calls where necessary; Scheduling event meetings; maintaining office memos and informative postings; operating technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, MS Office, and catering software.
  • Perform tasks as requested by your manager on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis.
  • Work in catering and special events required by your manager.
  • Cross-train in areas as the need arises.
  • Completion of any task requested by a supervisor or member of the management team.
  • Other duties as assigned by your manager.
  • Possesses strong professional etiquette. Strong digital literacy is required, i.e., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have customer service experience.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some colleges preferred.
  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
