Job Title: Operations Coordinator

At GLS US GROUP, we are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our assigned location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with drivers, contractors, and customers to ensure successful delivery and pickup of parcels and packages.
  • Assist in scheduling and monitoring driver performance to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, including route sheets, pre-trips, and employee forms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in-person communications.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
