Job Description

Job Summary:

Cloud SynApps Inc. is a leading Systems Integrator of Salesforce Cloud solutions, focused on the public sector. We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team and drive sales growth in the Federal Civilian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company and personal quotas.
  • Manage assigned accounts and develop marketing plans to provide leads.
  • Understand customers' business issues and design strategies to provide valued outcomes to clients.
  • Nurture customer relationships by providing value-added solutions and services.
  • Update and maintain Salesforce CRM database and provide accurate weekly reports.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling in the Federal Civilian market.
  • Demonstrated experience as a proven sales performer in the professional services or SaaS software solutions industry.
  • Ability to establish and manage executive-level customer relationships.
  • Leadership capability to quarterback and lead a team of selling resources.
  • Willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated past performance of selling into a net new territory.
  • Ability to handle multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving quota in enterprise-level technology sales.
