Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise front office staff to ensure seamless guest registration, check-in, and check-out processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase guest satisfaction and loyalty through proactive monitoring of guest feedback and comments.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest services.
  • Monitor and maintain front office systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement controls for expense management and labor costs.
  • Interview, hire, train, and develop front office staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, as well as brand standards and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of front office experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficient with property management systems (PMS) and other hotel software.
  • Advanced knowledge of brand's reward program and loyalty initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound business decisions quickly.
