Position Overview

FULL-SERVICE PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM COORDINATOR - LCSW

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee mental health services delivered to participants in the FSP initiative
  • Guide a team of clinicians, case managers, and peer support personnel
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality services
  • Manage administrative operations affecting FSP services

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in providing mental health services
  • Certification as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) by the Department of Mental Health

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Ability to lead clinical and administrative teams
  • Effectively respond to member crises and life challenges
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with specialized mental health services
  • Capacity to collaborate as part of a team

KEY DUTIES:

  • Supervise and provide guidance for assigned personnel
  • Implement Evidence-Based Practice interventions
  • Establish and oversee systems for clinical evaluations and treatment strategies
  • Accurately document all services rendered
  • Coordinate referrals and allocate cases
  • Conduct regular reviews of ongoing cases
