Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Program Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential treatment program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of services, maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction, and upholding stringent standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Management: Oversee staff performance to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Client Satisfaction and Program Completion: Develop and implement strategies to maintain high levels of patient satisfaction and minimize non-completion rates.
  • Recruitment and Retention: Lead the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training processes for direct care support staff.
  • Client Schedule Development: Collaborate with the clinical director to develop and refine client schedules.
  • Staffing Schedule: Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage at all times.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the safety and upkeep of the facility, upholding stringent standards.
  • Leadership and Morale: Foster a positive and supportive environment to maintain both client and staff morale.
  • HR Coordination: Liaise with HR to facilitate the onboarding of new staff members and the handling of terminations.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with FSP providers as part of our community outreach efforts.
  • Crisis Management: Respond to crises, providing physical presence at the facility as needed.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in Joint Commission Accreditation standards
  • 3 years of experience in computer and EMR system literacy
  • 1 year of experience in California DSS regulations for MH programs
  • 1 year of experience in California DHCS regulations
