Role Overview:
As a Technical Support Specialist 3, you will be responsible for delivering the initial level of on-site technical assistance, which encompasses hardware, software, software applications, and networking solutions to clients and field teams, whether at customer locations or remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure high customer satisfaction through the proficient delivery of technical support and service initiatives.
2. Address customer support requirements, which may involve product performance and maintenance, installation services, project oversight, site organization, and professional consulting.
3. Proactively manage resources, troubleshoot issues, escalate problems when necessary, and utilize system-level diagnostics effectively.
4. Comprehend service processes and options aligned with customer specifications, identifying and resolving a diverse range of challenges.

Commitment:
This role requires a 24-hour dedication to meet customer specifications, which may include participation in a regional standby rotation.

Work Environment:
Your primary workplace will be at customer sites. Responsibilities and tasks are generally standard with some variations, allowing you to operate largely independently within established policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred, along with a BA/BS degree. Experience in a Data Center environment is also beneficial.
