Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and expertise for electrical infrastructure systems and equipment, with a focus on practical field operation.
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure seamless cross-functional communication and coordination.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of electrical safety programs and procedures.
  • Plan, author, and approve work procedures for electrical troubleshooting, repair, retrofit, and maintenance activities.
  • Conduct or oversee hands-on troubleshooting, repair, retrofit, and maintenance of electrical equipment.
  • Oversee electrical system configurations and component upgrades to ensure system integrity and compliance with best practices.
  • Provide Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) oversight of construction projects and maintenance activities.
  • Lead and/or participate in root-cause analysis activities in the area of electrical expertise.
  • Provide training to Critical Facility Engineers and other cross-functional teams on electrical equipment, systems, procedures, and changes.
  • Manage vendor relationships for electrical maintenance and retrofit work.
  • Provide feedback on global electrical maintenance strategies and global electrical system design improvements.
Requirements
  1. Strong mechanical/electrical background with experience in project management, design reviews, and procedure development.
  2. Proficiency in NFPA 70e compliance work and data center infrastructure engineering.
