Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical operations related to the implementation of new systems and technologies.
- Generate statistical reports, provide recommendations, and develop product deployment strategies for management.
- Create testing methodologies for devices and systems.
- Conduct stress and performance evaluations on various IT hardware, including circuit boards, processors, wiring peripherals, and software components.
- Examine equipment and prepare it for distribution.
- Execute minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing faulty components.
- Perform basic system hardware diagnostics and offer advice on system support software issues.
- Install specific software packages, including operating systems, hardware drivers, and custom application software on computers.
- Substitute defective or insufficient software packages.
- Ensure quality assurance (QA) and compliance with technical specifications and performance standards for hardware, software, maintenance, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma plus advanced training, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Certification or progress towards certification in A+ and Security+ or equivalent from an accredited institution is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in the installation and support of Windows operating systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to mission-critical activities based on customer requirements.
- Technical problem-solving skills are necessary.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- The ideal candidate will undergo a government security investigation and must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance, must be a U.S. citizen, and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.

The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which necessitates U.S. citizenship.
