About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team at KOMPAN. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to identify and address training needs, developing and implementing programs that align with business objectives.
  • Review and update existing training materials to ensure they are current and effective.
  • Create engaging training programs, including e-learning courses, job shadowing, career development plans, and workshops.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest training trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our training programs.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify and develop talent, creating a pipeline of skilled employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a proven track record in training and development.
  • Knowledge of effective learning and development methods, including e-learning platforms and practices.
  • Ability to learn new software programs and systems, with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers, and external partners.
