Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to new restaurant locations to provide on-site training and support to our team members.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that our team members have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service and operate our restaurants efficiently.
  • Collaborate with our restaurant managers and team members to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address any issues that may arise.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to our team members to help them achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • 21 years of age to travel (18 years of age for local openings)
  • Ability to be validated in several positions in the restaurants
  • Reliable
  • Willing to travel (trainers typically spend 1-3 weeks at a new opening)
  • Willing to work in a home store when not scheduled for new opening
