Role Expectations
We are seeking a dedicated, client-oriented Training Solutions Specialist to collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders. The Learning Team generates approximately $460,000K in training revenue annually. In this pivotal role, you will assist the Learning Team in understanding client requirements and developing training materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to client sites and conduct online sessions to deliver Alchemy product training, showcasing expertise in essential teaching skills such as:
    • Classroom management
    • Creating and delivering engaging content
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving
    • Applying adult learning principles
    • Adapting to the audience's knowledge and learning needs
  • Prepare training trip reports that highlight key insights from onsite client visits
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via calls and emails
  • Collaborate with the Learning Consultant team to maintain customer-facing training documentation, presentation materials, and training processes:
    • Co-create content outlines, storyboards, audio-visual scripts, audio recordings, classroom materials, facilitator guides, and supporting documents
  • Assist in maintaining existing and identifying new Standard Operating Procedures
  • Conduct needs assessments for client training days and provide timely feedback to leadership
  • Exhibit sound judgment and decision-making skills when interacting with clients, team members, and other departments
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team to achieve objectives
  • Demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking abilities
Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in project management related to instructional development and delivery
  • Demonstrated excellence in execution, innovation, creativity, and strategic thinking
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese is required
  • A valid passport is necessary
Experience Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of training experience (both in-person and virtual)
  • Project and time management expertise in the learning and development sector
  • 1-2 years of instructional design experience, including the creation of learning activities and materials
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Professionalism and effective time management
  • Experience with domestic and international travel
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree
Language Proficiency:
  • Bilingual - fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Additional preferred languages include Spanish and German
