Position Summary:
NETZSCH Pumps USA is seeking a proactive and experienced individual to fill the role of Territory Sales Leader within the Environmental division. This strategic position holds significant visibility and is tasked with overseeing the sales operations within the designated territory. The successful candidate will report directly to the Environmental Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:
The Territory Sales Leader will be responsible for driving business growth in the region, with the ultimate aim of enhancing market share profitability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical and commercial support to distributors in the Environmental sector.
  • Promoting NETZSCH products and services to achieve or surpass the sales revenue targets set by the Environmental Director.
  • Identifying and recommending potential new sales partners for the region as needed.
  • Delivering necessary training to sales partners' personnel on products, applications, competitive landscape, and operational procedures.
  • Conducting joint sales visits with partners or service teams to foster relationships with key clients.
  • Representing NETZSCH at industry trade shows and events.
  • Supplying the company with insights on market trends, growth strategies, and competitive intelligence while participating in marketing initiatives as required.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in selling industrial equipment, particularly pumps. Additional qualifications include:

  • Strong negotiation skills, including effective communication, persuasion, and strategic thinking.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to formulate Regional Strategy Plans to meet established sales and profitability objectives.
  • Capability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of timely project execution.
  • Proficiency in engaging in business and technical discussions, along with public speaking abilities.
  • A valid driver's license and current passport.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% as necessary to meet sales targets, primarily within the domestic market.
