Position Summary:
NETZSCH Premier Technologies, LLC is seeking a part-time Business Development Lead Specialist to bolster the objectives and initiatives of our Sales Department. This role is pivotal in identifying and generating leads across multiple sectors. The selected candidate will engage in proactive prospecting efforts to introduce our product offerings while systematically documenting activities and insights within a CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage tools such as ZoomInfo and other lead generation resources to pinpoint potential clients and collect pertinent information.
  • Evaluate and qualify leads against established criteria to ensure alignment with the company’s target customer profile.
  • Conduct follow-ups on all leads and perform research to uncover optimal prospects, identifying key contacts and decision-makers to enhance the efficiency of the external sales team.
  • Explore and identify potential leads through diverse channels, including online research, industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Engage in relevant industry conferences to network, support the sales team, and create lead generation opportunities.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Marketing and Sales departments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, coupled with a minimum of 2 years of experience in business-to-business lead generation. Furthermore, candidates should demonstrate:

  • Prior experience utilizing lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • The capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
