Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the Northeast US region. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales in the region, driving corporate and regional strategic initiatives, and providing technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales in the Northeast US region, including New York, Philadelphia, and New England.
- Develop strategies to grow business with key distribution partners within the territory.
- Provide distributor training as needed and support corporate distributor programs.
- Aggressively engage with large and medium-sized customers to deliver Lincoln Electric's total value proposition and increase sales.
- Provide technical support, demonstrations, and training to customers as needed.
- Drive corporate and regional strategic initiatives.
- Assume additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company's 2025 Strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering discipline strongly preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Lincoln Electric Technical Sales Representative or similar Lincoln Electric position.
- Above-average sales performance over the last three years.
- Self-motivated, aggressive, and independent.
- Selected candidate's Job Level and Pay Grade will be determined based upon qualifications and experience.
